Sessions
Our sessions are designed to be energetic and fun. The young athletes will participate in games and activities focused on developing skills and coordination.
Our stations are designed to develop skills and coordination through fun games and activities.
Sports Stations: Sports Stations includes games and activities with the purpose of developing the skills needed in each of our sports such as passing, catching, dribbling and shooting.
Running & Agility Station: The Running & Agility Station includes obstacle courses with the kids maneuvering through cones, ladders and hurdles, throwing, catching and more!
Team Game: Young athletes team up with our high school athletes to compete against each other in fun games and activities.
Be Kind Time: Learning from our high school athletes about friendship, kindness and inclusion, our young athletes will gain experiences that will have a positive impact on their lives in sports, and beyond.
